Birch is open Friday and Saturday nights with seatings offered between 5:00pm and 9:00 pm. Please make reservations using www.restaurantbirch.com/reservations. We are only staffed part of the week but voicemails or emails will be returned within 48 hours.

Our menu changes monthly to feature local, seasonal products supplied by local, small business. We fully stand behind the quality of our food, service, and beverage and insist you don’t pay for anything you didn’t fully enjoy.

Parties of 9 or more should call the restaurant directly. Be aware that we book quickly and highly recommend planning ahead. 

Please allow at least 2 hours to experience our menu. We ask guests to embrace the blind nature of a Tasting menu and treat it as an adventure!

We are a Gluten-free & Vegan friendly restaurant and will accommodate dietary restrictions made known at least one week in advance. Please make a detailed note of any dietary restrictions in your party when making a reservation. Any guests with serious, life-threatening allergies should call the restaurant directly to make a reservation.

Birch does not accept tips and all bills will include a 15% service fee. This fee goes entirely (100%) to providing our staff with stable, fair salary wages. None (0%) of this fee is taken by the owner or investors. Birch is a profit sharing company.

We stand behind our food and our service and should either fail to meet your expectations please let us know immediately. Our policy is simple; if a guest did not enjoy something, they do not pay for it.

While Birch does not enforce a strict dress code, we suggest cocktail or formal attire.

Birch does not offer a kid's menu, discount or portions but welcomes adventurous eaters. We ask that all guests, including children, be courteous to our staff and other guests.
