MENU

Birch offers two options for dining.

1) A 3-course Prix Fixe menu of local, seasonal and sustainable food for the price of $50*. Guests will choose from an Antipasto, Primo and Secondo. Dessert is an optional dolce course for $10.

2) Our Chef's 7-course Tasting menu for $70. Guests will hand the menu back to their server and allow our Chef to choose a progression of his favorite local, seasonal dishes. Also available for Pescatarians or Vegetarians.

Our menu is constantly rotating to highlight the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Gluten-free and Vegan guests have options directly from the menu. For guests with more specific allergies, please contact the restaurant directly.
