Birch is open Friday and Saturday nights with seatings offered between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Please make reservations using the link provided above.

Parties of 9 or more should call the restaurant directly. Be aware that we book quickly and highly recommend planning ahead. 

Please allow at least 2 hours to experience our Chef's menu. You will choose options for three courses, with dessert an optional (but recommended) fourth course OR you may choose our 7-course Tasting menu and allow our Chef to choose a progression of dishes.

We ask that the entire table choose to partake in either the Tasting or Prix Fixe menu. The Tasting menu is available Standard, Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and/or Nut-Free on request. We can not accommodate further dietary restrictions on the Tasting menu but will gladly work with your restrictions from the Prix Fixe menu.

We are a Vegan & Gluten-free friendly restaurant and will gladly accommodate dietary restrictions made known in advance. Please make a detailed note of any dietary restrictions in your party when making a reservation. Any guests with serious, life-threatening allergies should call the restaurant directly to make a reservation. We recommend the Prix Fixe menu for those with dietary restrictions and can not make significant changes to the Tasting menu.

Birch does not accept tips and all bills will include a 15% service fee. This fee goes entirely (100%) to providing our staff with stable, fair salary wages and health insurance. None (0%) of this fee is taken by the owner or investors. Birch is a profit sharing company.

While Birch does not enforce a strict dress code, we suggest cocktail or formal attire.

Birch does not offer a kid's menu, discount or portions but welcomes adventurous eaters. We ask that all guests, including children, be courteous to our staff and other guests.
